Important context gets scattered across messages, tickets, email, and meetings. Helpyboi normalizes those events and builds summaries over time, with a live feed and an inbox for suggestions that need a decision.
How it works
Events retain their work-context boundary. Rules and observe, suggest, or act settings control how the system responds. The interface is a progressive web app, making the same context available across desktop and mobile.
Workflow example
- A connector receives an update and tags it with its work context.
- The context engine incorporates it into summaries and related topics.
- A routing rule surfaces a suggestion for review in the inbox.
Project scope
Designed for a single user and a local or private network. It is not presented as a multi-tenant enterprise service. This example contains no real communications.
